These terms explain the basic rules for using Parchi and the responsibilities that come with connecting financial data sources.
Last updated: July 18, 2026You are responsible for the information you add, import, forward, or connect to Parchi.
Parchi is provided for personal finance tracking and monthly review.
Parchi helps organize information but does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Parchi. By creating an account, connecting a service, importing data, or otherwise using Parchi, you agree to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Parchi.
Parchi is a personal finance tracking app for reviewing transaction alerts, labels, budgets, accounts, connected-service records, and spending summaries.
Parchi may support optional integrations such as Gmail-connected ingestion, direct alias ingestion, Splitwise sync, and automated transaction parsing. Features may change as the app develops.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your contact information current where required.
You may only use Parchi if you are legally able to enter into these terms and are not barred from using the service by applicable law.
You keep responsibility for the transaction records, labels, budgets, notes, imported messages, connected-service data, and other information you provide to Parchi.
When you connect a service or forward information to Parchi, you grant Parchi permission to process that information as needed to provide the app, including ingestion, parsing, storage, sync, troubleshooting, and security operations.
Your use of Parchi is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, shared, and retained.
If you connect Gmail, Splitwise, an AI provider, or another third-party service, you are responsible for complying with that service's terms. Parchi is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, model output, or changes to their APIs.
The assistant connects directly from your device to the provider endpoint you configure. You are responsible for that configuration, its API credential, provider charges, your requests, and the redacted outputs returned by read-only financial tools in response to those requests.
You can disconnect optional integrations where available. Disconnecting a service may stop future sync or ingestion but may not automatically delete records already imported into your Parchi account.
You may not misuse Parchi, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, upload malicious content, violate applicable law, or use Parchi to process information you do not have the right to provide.
You may not use Parchi in a way that harms the service, other users, connected providers, or infrastructure.
Parchi organizes financial records for personal review. Parchi does not provide financial, tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in the app.
Automated parsing and categorization may be incomplete or inaccurate, and you should review important records yourself.
Parchi is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service, including integrations and app features.
We may also suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated or if continued access creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parchi is provided without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parchi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, or decisions made from app information.
We may update these terms as the app changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of Parchi after changes means you accept the updated terms.
